We stand behind every product we make. If something isn't right, we want to make it right. Please read below for our full returns and refund policy.

01Our Satisfaction Commitment

SANDUN. products are handcrafted in small batches and quality-checked before dispatch. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, we will offer a full replacement or refund — no questions asked.

Due to the personal nature of fragrance and skincare products, we are unable to accept returns simply because the scent was not to your preference. We strongly recommend ordering a 5ml Discovery Vial before committing to a larger size.

02Eligible Reasons for Return

We accept returns and issue refunds or replacements for the following reasons:

Claims must be raised within 48 hours of receiving your order. Claims made after this window may not be accepted.

Message us via WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Send Evidence
Share clear photos or a short video showing the issue with the product and packaging.

We Review
Our team reviews your claim within 1–2 business days and confirms eligibility.

Resolution
We arrange a replacement dispatch or process your refund within 3–5 business days.
05Refund Method & Timing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible:

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

06Return Shipping

If a physical return of the product is required (we will advise you on this), SANDUN. will cover the return shipping cost if the issue is our fault. For other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Please do not return any product without first receiving written confirmation from our team. Unrequested returns will not be accepted.

07Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible defective or incorrect products. If the requested replacement is out of stock, we will offer an alternative of equal value or issue a full refund. Exchanges for a different scent due to personal preference are not available.

For all returns, refund requests, or order issues, please contact us via WhatsApp. Include your order details and photos where relevant. Our team is available Monday to Saturday, 9am – 6pm.
