SANDUN. is a luxury fragrance and personal care brand handcrafted in Sri Lanka. All products are made in small batches with premium-grade ingredients. References to "we", "us", or "SANDUN." refer to the brand and its operators.

We operate primarily through this website and authorised resellers. Our registered business is based in Sri Lanka and all transactions are processed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation message or email from us.

• All orders are subject to product availability.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders if a pricing error has occurred.
• Customers will be notified and fully refunded in the event of cancellation due to unavailability.
• You must be 18 years or older to place an order.

All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping fees are additional and shown at checkout.

We accept payment via PayHere, Koko (buy-now-pay-later in 3 instalments), and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible areas. Payment must be completed before dispatch unless COD is selected.

• Koko instalments are managed by Koko Financial Services. SANDUN. is not responsible for Koko's terms.
• COD orders may incur an additional handling fee.
• Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and scent profiles are accurate. However, fragrance is a subjective sensory experience, and individual perception may vary. Minor variations in colour or packaging may occur between batches.

All fragrance products are intended for external use only. SANDUN. is not responsible for allergic reactions. If you have known sensitivities, please review the ingredient list before purchasing or contact us for detailed ingredient information.

All content on this website — including the SANDUN. name and wordmark, product names, descriptions, photography, and design — is the exclusive property of SANDUN. and protected under applicable Sri Lankan intellectual property law.

• Unauthorised use of our brand name or imagery is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SANDUN. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability in any event shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
